Why I Do This Work.
I didn't stumble into real estate. I chose it — because I believe it matters. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes, and I wanted to be the kind of agent I'd actually want in my corner: honest, prepared, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
My connection to Dufferin County runs deep. I've watched this region grow, evolve, and attract families and investors who recognize what so many of us who live here already know — that this is a special place to build a life. From the arts scene in Orangeville to the quiet acreages of Mono and Mulmur, I know these communities not just as markets, but as places people call home.
My philosophy is simple: tell people the truth. The market realities, the property concerns, the timeline pressures — all of it, upfront. I've found that clients who make decisions with clear information get better outcomes and feel better about the process, even when it's difficult.
