What is a discovery call?
A free, no-obligation 15-30 minute conversation about your real estate goals. We'll cover your timeline, budget, must-haves, and what success looks like for you — so you leave with clarity on the right next step, whether or not we end up working together.
Is a discovery call really free?
Yes — 100% free and no obligation. It's a 20–30 minute conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what you'd like to learn. There's no pressure to commit to anything afterward. Most of my clients book the call months before they actually transact.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. The discovery call is free and there's no contract or obligation. Most clients use it to figure out if I'm the right fit before deciding anything, and that's exactly how it should be.
How quickly will I hear back?
I typically respond personally within a few hours during business hours, and always within one business day. If you've reached out about an urgent matter (offer deadline, showing request), use the phone number directly.
Where do you serve?
Across Dufferin County — Orangeville, Shelburne, Grand Valley, Mono, Mulmur, East Garafraxa, and Amaranth — plus the broader GTA for buyers relocating from Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding areas.
What languages do you speak?

Do you work with first-time buyers?
Absolutely — and I genuinely enjoy it. First-time buyers are some of my favourite clients to work with. I'll walk you through everything: financing, the search process, what to look for, the offer and closing process. No question is too basic.
What if I'm not ready to move yet?
That's perfectly fine — and honestly, the best clients reach out early. I can answer questions, set up listing alerts so you stay informed, send you market updates, and be a resource whenever you're ready. No timeline pressure.
What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
In Ontario, a buyer's agent's commission is most commonly paid by the seller through the listing brokerage — so there's typically no direct cost to you as a buyer. I'll always walk through the specific arrangement for your situation upfront, in writing, before any commitment.
Can I refer a friend or family member?
Yes please — referrals are how most of my business comes in, and I treat every referral with the same care I'd give to family. If they're outside my service area, I have trusted agents across the province I can connect them with.
Do you handle commercial or investment properties?
Yes — including mixed-use, multi-residential, retail, and rural/development land across Dufferin County. Most commercial opportunities here are off-market, so it pays to have someone with local network access. Let's chat about what you're looking for.
